I am a Certified Personal Trainer who works with women on a one to one basis, aged 45+ to help them get their strength back, improve mobility, balance, agility and increase their energy levels. Many women have other issues i.e. arthritis or a weakened pelvic floor, these issues will also be taken into account.
I work in a private, non-threatening location down at the beach in Paraparaumu. I complete assessments and write personalised training programmes. The programmes are designed to be progressive using bodyweight, resistance bands and weights or household objects and can easily be done in your own home.
I strive to write programmes that are enjoyable and help women become the healthier, stronger, happier women they once were!
