JZ Nutrition & Training Trainers Jemini and Zias is operating out of our personal training studio in Raumati. Our main focus is to assist our clients to move and exercise pain free and according to their abilities. Poor posture and muscle imbalances causes neck, shoulder, back and hip pain. Starting with mobility, freeing up the joints and the body, followed by appropriate strength training to improve muscle imbalances we progress our clients from their baseline to achieving results they did not think was possible.
