Established in 2020, Westside Fitness is a locally owned community Fitness hub for people of all fitness levels.
We offer a variety of group classes including from Back2Basics style weights classes, Te Marino Yoga (Pilates, Tai Chi, Yoga) , Boxing classes, Strength and skill classes and our higher intensity class called S.T.A.R.T (Strength, Toughness, and Resilience Training).
We believe in building connections and relationships with our members to feel supported to make habitual changes to their health and wellbeing. Our aim to build a welcoming environment for you to feel genuine and positive interaction from the trainers and other members.
