Our Place Community Fitness

Our Place is a functional fitness facility that provides Coach led classes for adults, teenagers and children. We focus on sustainable training and injury prevention through a solid strength and conditioning program. We want you to move with more intention and train more purposefully so that your body adapts and recovers to keep you in a great state physically and mentally.
