As well as Personal training for both women and men we offer women only, small (up to 9 people max) group training that combines strength, conditioning, resistance training and cardio. We have a Pelvic Floor chair which helps treat - Urinary incontinence, Pelvic floor strengthening. We offer contrast therapy with our Infrared sauna and cold plunge all in our boutique facility
