We use hands-on osteopathic manual treatment, as well as giving 'homework' (exercises). Where appropriate we provide education, especially around understanding the role of the pain, how this fits in with 'how bad it really is' and 'what the future might look like' .
We will help you understand what it is about your individual mechanics that have helped get you into trouble in the first place and what is needed to get you better. We (client and practitioner) will work together to get you fully moving again, and try to have fun along the way.
