Principal Appraisals are completed over the school year. A schedule of meetings will be held with Principals and Boards of Trustees to discuss each stage in the Performance Review.
These stages include:

2. Setting SMART goals, objectives and Inquiry.
3. Evidence Curated.
4. Collaborative Sense Making.
5. Appraisal review and co-constructed evidence.
6. Summary and Final Report.
