Tipapa Estate was originally a 10,000-acre sheep station. The historic homestead was completed in 1928 and is just over an hours' drive from Christchurch or a 3 hour drive from the Picton ferry terminal. We offer 4 large and luxurious bedrooms all with ensuite bathrooms and beautiful views. Enjoy breakfast prepared by Jane & Stewart, your hosts. Wander around the extensive gardens or make the most of our swimming pool (summer only). Guests in our home have free access to the lounge and dining rooms, all with open fireplaces.
