Tipapa Estate was originally a 10,000-acre sheep station. The historic homestead was completed in 1928 and is just over an hours' drive from Christchurch or a 3 hour drive from the Picton ferry terminal.
We offer 4 large and luxurious bedrooms all with ensuite bathrooms and beautiful views. Enjoy breakfast prepared by Jane & Stewart, your hosts. Wander around the extensive gardens or make the most of our swimming pool (summer only).
