Waiheke Pilates Centre

At Waiheke Pilates Centre, we are a team of dedicated Movement Educators. We encourage and teach people about the importance of movement and the benefits of low-impact exercises. We offer an array of small group classes from Pilates Mat, Pilates Reformer, Yoga and Barre. In addition, we offer private sessions to groups or 1:1 and rehabilitation. Our qualified instructors each come from different backgrounds, bringing their unique skillset to share in their classes. We are all about bringing people/community tuhono (together) becoming part of the culture on the motu, Waiheke Island.
