Pure Motion Pilates is a contemporary home based Garden Pilates studio on the beautiful island of Waiheke in New Zealand, offering individually tailored sessions for your health and fitness goals using Pilates apparatus.

Embrace Pilates is now open again - I do not discriminate against anyone for any reason. My studio is a free and safe space for all. Embrace Pilates Studio however is small so numbers are limited so please text 021 088 70008 to get my timetable details. Personal Training is more flexible and I will do my best to fit in with your schedule

Our Waiheke Physio, Pilates and Infrared Sauna clinic is run by our passionate Physio and Pilates team. We welcome you to not only fix an injury holistically, but to unwind mentally, educate yourself, challenge yourself, and feel a sense of belonging to a tribe determined to better themselves. Our sessions are far longer than your normal consultation times to get lasting results and reduce the amount of visits you need. Our Physio team can help with back pain relief, foot and ankle issues, sports injuries, knee pain and hip or pelvic pain plus much more. Alongside the Pilates reformers, we have a range of different equipment giving you a full Pilates experience. Or treat yourself to a private infrared sauna for up to 4 people!

At Waiheke Pilates Centre, we are a team of dedicated Movement Educators. We encourage and teach people about the importance of movement and the benefits of low-impact exercises. We offer an array of small group classes from Pilates Mat, Pilates Reformer, Yoga and Barre. In addition, we offer private sessions to groups or 1:1 and rehabilitation. Our qualified instructors each come from different backgrounds, bringing their unique skillset to share in their classes. We are all about bringing people/community tuhono (together) becoming part of the culture on the motu, Waiheke Island.
