After moving to Tauranga from Sydney with my family back in 2015, I noticed that very few cafes were up to a high homemade standard. It amazed me how many places ordered in pre-made slices, cakes and savoury foods and charged customers a premium for this. My family showed thought, care and love through food and this is an expectation I have as a customer and business owner. We endeavour to make as much of our foods from scratch even down to the sauces, marinades and condiments used in our products. There simply is no excuse.
