We do traditional wood-fire pizzas Our cosy Italian restaurant is tucked away in the popular Eat Streat area of Rotorua. We make traditional wood-fire pizzas with fresh local ingredients. Our pizza dough is lovingly kneaded by hand and matured for twenty-four hours before being crafted into pizzas and cooked at 450 degrees celsius in our beautiful traditional wood-fired pizza oven. We cater for most diets including vegan and gluten-free.
