We do traditional wood-fire pizzas Our cosy Italian restaurant is tucked away in the popular Eat Streat area of Rotorua. We make traditional wood-fire pizzas with fresh local ingredients. Our pizza dough is lovingly kneaded by hand and matured for twenty-four hours before being crafted into pizzas and cooked at 450 degrees celsius in our beautiful traditional wood-fired pizza oven. We cater for most diets including vegan and gluten-free.

Giovanni's Rustic Italian Restaurant & Pizzeria is an iconic family-operated restaurant in Rotorua and has been part of the Lynmore landscape since 2017. We offer a legendary dining experience with cuisine being broadly Italian in style. Our menu provides beautiful handmade fresh pasta dishes and wood-fired pizzas, and is well regarded for its New Zealand-style signature dishes including excellent steaks, innovative chicken, plus a range of vegetarian meals.
