Toi Ohomai's Waipa Campus - TITC (Timber Industry Training Centre) - is the only dedicated training facility in the country to operate a working sawmill and wood manufacturing plant. It's a five minute drive from Mokoia Campus. Waipa Campus is well known in the forestry and timber industries, having provided training in wood processing and sawmilling for many years. The campus is also home to agriculture, apiculture, horticulture, forestry, conservation operations, and animal care courses.
