Bespoke home Pilates studio to enjoy private or small group sessions. The studio is equipped with a Pilates reformer, trapeze table, MOTR, and more. Pilates improves posture, strength and mobility. The method is adaptable to all bodies from pregnant to postpartum, athletes, young and old, injured or healthy. Your session is individually designed with your needs, goals and health conditions in mind. Kim West also facilitates in-person wellness retreats to restore body, mind and soul through Pilates, yoga, dance, meditation, breathwork, essential oils, creativity, and mother nature.
