These sessions range from yin flexibility and recovery to dynamic flows.
My classes embody the full benefits of yoga, meditation and mindfulness which my clients seek to help them on physical, mental and emotional level for balanced health and wellbeing.
I also offer private sessions for yoga and assisted stretch.
Currently I am based in Auckland but also hold sessions in Brisbane and Sydney. I also hold online sessions.
