Exercise should be a reward, not a punishment! There may be a sore muscle or two along the way, but I believe getting fit should be enjoyed, not dreaded!
I've been training for 5 years and during those 5 years I have been through weight loss, weight gain, recovery from an eating disorder, muscle building and body recomposition.
I've learnt that a workout is a celebration of what your body can do, not a punishment for what you ate. My experience has inspired my desire to help others on their journeys and to help break the under-eating and overtraining cycle!
