Roger Charnock, director of Chartered Building Consultants Ltd, is a chartered and registered building surveyor - he was also a director of New Zealand's largest building surveying practice. Roger has been based in Tauranga since 2008 and is using his local knowledge to provide advice to the property and construction industry.
