The Mission has been helping those most in need in the Greater Wellington region for over 110 years. Our Vision is to see people and communities empowered, transformed, and experiencing fullness of life.
Through our four key programmes - Mission for Families, Mission for Youth, Mission for Independence and Mission for Seniors - we provide holistic support to those who need help. Some of the ways we offer assistance include through our Foodbank, Drop-in Centre and Financial Mentoring service, along with social work support and advocacy. We also operate an elder care residential facility called Kemp Home & Hospital.
