The design incorporates a thoughtful approach to the seamless integration of indoor and outdoor living spaces. Additionally, a single garage with a laundry space is included. Show Home is open Saturday and Sunday 11 - 3 pm and Monday - Friday by appointment.

Welcome to New Zealand's first fully 3D printed Show Home! Our Rotokauri Show Home will utilise the latest in building technologies to demonstrate the future of construction! Designed by Waikato-based designers, The Architecture People, this show home will be built to showcase how 3D printed concrete can be used to create a modern, stylish, sustainable and comfortable family home. The interior will feature a fully, high-specced kitchen, built-in wardrobe systems and tiled showers and bathrooms. Landscaping will also be created using 3D printing, with a large-scale retaining wall being printed to help form the gardens at the rear of the section.
