I am Hamilton-based Yoga & Meditation Teacher and have been teaching for over 7 years and practicing for 19. I offer community & online classes, retreats, corporate team-building, events and mentoring for new yoga teachers. Prior to qualifying as a 500hr Yoga Teacher, I studied a degree in Psychology and am now completing my Masters in Health Psychology. My classes are a safe, down to earth space to express, breath, tune in, build strength, find balance and relax. I'm fascinated with the science of the human body and brain and how we can apply simple tools and techniques to our lives to reprogram our sensitive systems, cultivate deep connection, optimum health and authentic happiness.
