Pleasant Point Yacht Club

Pleasant Point Yacht Club is located in South New Brighton Park in Christchurch, with brand new Club house and boat shed facilities finished in 2020. The Club sails on the sheltered waters of the Estuary, with a summer sailing season that starts in September and goes through to April, sailing on the Lyttelton high tide. We are a family friendly club that caters to sailors of all ages and abilities. A warm welcome awaits anyone who would like to try sailing. Contact the Club if you would like to learn to sail, or may be you already know how to sail but would enjoy sailing with like minded people. Our mission is to provide a safe, welcoming and friendly environment for anyone to participate in the enjoyment of sailing.
