Jemma Sommerville is a Naturopath and Medical Herbalist and mother of 2 young children with a passion for supporting women, mothers/carers to restore their energy and support their wellbeing in the high-paced world we live in. Jemma is a Bachelor's degree-qualified Naturopath and Medical Herbalist (2020) and holds a Bachelor of Science from Massey University (2005). She is the owner of JS Naturopathy. Jemma supports women, mothers, and carers to support their wellbeing and have the best energy possible while juggling the high-paced world we live in. JS naturopathy opened online in early 2021.

As a degree qualified & registered naturopath I work with & support you to prevent illness and explore underlying factors contributing to your health concerns. I provide you with a unique combination of natural health solutions; herbal medicine, nutritional support, lifestyle practices & mind-body approaches, in a safe and supportive environment, so that you can live your best life. My special interest is in supporting emergency responders & athletes who have encountered trauma, stress, anxiety, fatigue and depression. I understand these dynamics, having served the community for almost 30years as a Police officer. I'm also a former World teams & NZ champ in Mountain Running, NZ Cross Country & steeplechase & record holder in the steeples.
