Vintage Kids started with the idea that early childhood centres needn't feel like corporate institutions. The natural way for young children to grow and develop is in an environment where authentic everyday happenings are infused with learning. We're a privately owned and run kindergarten where we keep the numbers of children low and our professional teacher ratio high, to provide a high quality early childhood experience.

Forest Philosophy We established Muddy Toes Early Learning Centre to provide a warm, natural, safe and welcoming environment. Our centre is a small family run business which has been created with the help of our passionate Kaiako. We practice a forest-based philosophy. We will provide a loving, nurturing and stimulating environment which will enable children to feel a sense of belonging, whilst they engage in meaningful play opportunities. Our centre is designed for play; we welcome "muddy play" and provide a natural environment for our tamariki to explore. We embrace Tangaroa, Papatunuku, Ranginui, Tawhirimatea and Tane god of the forest. Come and check us out!

Ponsonby Preschool is a not for profit preschool that is licensed for 30 children aged 2yrs-6yrs. Ponsonby Community Preschool is licenced for 30 children aged 2-5yrs. We have good teacher/child ratios, and our highly experienced teachers provide a nurturing and educational learning environment for children. Ponsonby Community Preschool is a home away from home for our community of learners. The children and whanau are at the heart of the learning and teaching environment. We value the importance of trusting, caring and nurturing positive relationships. Through our ongoing collaboration we aim to provide the very best for our community of learners.
