Cedar Lodge is a 22-room boarding house situated at 176 Mt Wellington Highway, just a short walk to the Countdown supermarket and within walking distance to Sylvia Park shops and the Panmure transport hub. Cedar Lodge comprises two main buildings, a house and a purpose-built lodge, meaning that it never feels crowded. All rooms have been recently refurbished and are furnished with a bed, wardrobe, drawers, chair, 32 inch smart TV and fridge/freezer. The rooms come in a range of sizes, starting with our single rooms at $200 per week up to $250 per week for one person with an extra $40 per week for the second person in the room (couples only, no share twin). Your rent includes power, water and internet. Common areas are cleaned weekly.

Gadsby Lodge is a 75 bedroom residential Lodge located at 59 Gadsby Rd. It is set in large park like grounds. The property is 2 stories high and has two wings from the main living quarters. It was originally the nurses quarters for the mental hospital complex. There are large communal spaces including kitchen, dining room, computer and lounge with a large TV and Sky. All of the bathroom facilities have been recently refurbished there are 10 showers and 13 toilets which is plenty for the number of residents.

Freda Lodge is a 23-room boarding house situated on large park like grounds at 11 Freda Place in the heart of Favona, located only a few minutes' drive from Mangere town and 15 minutes to the airport. All rooms have been recently refurbished and are of a good size. They are furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, drawers, chair, fridge/freezer, pantry cupboard and a 32 inch TV Most of the rooms are the same size. Your rent includes power, water and unlimited fiber Wifi internet. Common areas are cleaned weekly. Meals are not supplied. You will be expected to keep your room hygienic and clean up after yourself.
