We are a boutique Property Management Company with a small team giving personal professional service. We do not take on all properties offered as poorly maintained properties will not attract good tenants. The owner Garry McIntosh has been in the property business for over 30 years, being an owner himself of rental properties he knows the importance of having well maintained properties that attract good tenants with out spending money on unnecessary maintenance. Our fees are competitive but not the cheapest, as the old saying goes you get what you pay for.
