David is an experienced leadership coach and facilitator who helps people thrive in a complex and uncertain world by understanding and growing their most important asset: themselves. He supports people to find their current "growing edge", usually a challenge they are facing, and become better able to handle complexity, ambiguity and change. He is experienced at facilitating discussions that support participants to integrate and apply their learning back into their workplace. David has a Master of Science in Coaching Psychology from the University of Sydney and specialises in complex adaptive leadership, collective leadership, leadership presence, motivation and mindfulness.
