While most Landmark franchisees have come from the building industry, director Will Quigley was previously a farmer, businessman and personal trainer. After joining Landmark in 2010, he's found his background is just right for the role. Will has recently moved from the Waikato to Landmark Homes Coromandel and Hauraki and thoroughly enjoys the incredible diversity that the Coromandel has to offer. Building styles in the Coromandel tend to be a real mixture, says Will. Homes can range from classic Kiwi baches to million-dollar homes overlooking the water. There's a strong demand from retirees looking to spend their leisure years by the sea, but also plenty of folk who just want a beautiful beachside getaway.
