I specialise in Hatha, Vinyasa Yoga, Aerial Yoga, Trauma Conscious Yoga, Kids Yoga, Chair Yoga, and Couples yoga. In addition to this, I am also a certified fitness instructor, giving me a well-rounded knowledge of the physiology and anatomy of the body.
I am beyond blessed to have gained my qualifications with exclusive training modalities throughout India, Asia & Australia (my homeland). Yoga has opened up the opportunity for me to travel extensively, leading classes at high end resorts throughout the world, while at the same time critiquing my teaching styles in the true yoga tradition whilst living a humble Ashram life.
I believe trauma was my teacher. My life experiences have enabled me to guide with compassion and understanding.
