We offer all Homekill services as well as specializing in processing game animals into a range of traditional hand crafted sausages and manuka smoked small goods. With the small team of Lance and Hadleigh Watkins taking extra care of your animals. We only process a small number of animals a week and take our time to insure a quality job guaranteeing you get your own meat back and cut how you want it, with a minimum 10 day on the bone hang and extended hang time options if requested.
