The Space Within

The Space Within was created not only out of a passion for yoga, but out of a yearning to help humans connect again with themselves. To realise that stress and anxiety are not supposed to be normal daily feelings. We offer Gentle, Strengthening, and Restorative Hatha yoga as well as our weird and wonderful special events and workshops that will open your mind to new ways of thinking. Our purpose is bigger than just offering a quick class after work. Come have a tea, stand outside and stare out at the ocean, get to know your neighbours, (locally and on the mat!). We are sharing The Space [Within our home] - so that you can reconnect to The Space Within your body, your breath, your mind, your heart.
