Master Class Cricket with Ramesh

I am Ramesh Lakmal and professional cricket player from Sri Lanka. Currently I am playing for Auckland premier grade division in New Zealand and I am working as a Cricket head coach of Hibiscus Coast Cricket Club, Auckland, New Zealand. I have previously worked as a cricket coach and played cricket in Sri Lanka and Australia. I have also played cricket in the United Kingdom from 2014-2017. My Coaching philosophy is to share my experience to develop player skills, physical fitness and the mental tenacity to achieve academy / club goals in a fun and positive learning environment. My coaching values are built on self-discipline, hard work, personal and team goals, to build individual excellence and a selfless team culture.
