I have practiced Osteopathy for over 25 years. I incorporate the gentle phased reflex techniques of Ortho-Bionomy alongside Polarity therapy. I am trained in a wide range of Alternative Medical disciplines including Naturopathy, Herbalism, Nutrition and Chinese Medicine. My focus has always been integration of Body and Mind and using a Holistic framework to understand not only pain disorders but also finding solutions for general health. Where needed I offer functional testing. I have a Diploma in Integrative Psychology (Hakomi) which provides client centered, respectful non intrusive methods.
