The Mortgage Lab's Karen Latimer leverages her two decades of finance experience to guide clients through the homeownership journey. Karen enjoys the diversity of her clientele and thrives on finding creative solutions for complex mortgage applications and helping First Home Buyers into their first homes. Karen has spent 15+ years working in business banking so is especially familiar with helping business owners with their finance needs. Karen has lived most of her life in the Northland area and enjoys getting out and about in our beautiful region. Most often to be found with dogs Ringo and Pepper.
