Hi we are a local karate club running on Tuesday and Thursday at Whangaparaoa School Hall 715pm-815pm. Both adults and kids 9+ are welcome (for younger but need to be able to stay concentrated for an hour). Please bring water bottle and mask along Covid rules applied Free to try out a few lessons first before formal sign up. Parents are very welcome to join for some workout, fitness and stretching!
