I am an experienced bodyworker, trained in sports and remedial massage as well as many techniques for relaxation and harmonizing the whole body/mind systems. Some of my special interests are ; Rongoa Maori, pregnancy massage and Zero balancing. I also offer lifestyle advice and personalised stretching and strength routines for mobility and pain management. Hands-on healing for overall balance. Bodywork can help with chronic pain, headaches, postural issues, sports performance, and recovery, old injuries or traumas, and general health. Massage can be an excellent way to get ground-up regulation of the nervous system.
