Emma has been practising Yoga for 25yrs and has been privileged to practice with and learn from some incredible yoga teachers. Having tried many styles of Yoga, Emma found herself inspired to learn and teach Yin Yoga and Hatha Flow Yoga. Although Yin and Hatha Flow Yoga are different types of Yoga, they do complement each other in their Yin, and Yang natures and Emma aims to find a balance between both.
