I own my own Private Personal Training Studio & 24/7 Gym, I have been working in the fitness industry for over 12 years. My studio is family orientated, very welcoming of ALL. This is the perfect place for those wanting to work out in a private setting or by appointment only, I also offer Group Fitness programmes which run for 8 weeks at a time.
