Supervised Training Auckland

Supervised Training is involved in training people from all walks of life and bringing you together in a healthy environment to achieve your goals. We believe by doing this it breaks down any barriers and allows you to enjoy reaching those goals with like minded persons. We run various Weight Loss, Fitness and Strength Challenges in and out of the gym that are always fun and self challenging. We have frequent social events outside of the gym, ranging from trail walks in the Waitakere Ranges, Bikram Yoga session or a casual night out for dinner and drinks. We pride our system as a fitness community rather than just a service and our trainers are highly involved within it.
