Pilates Studios in Wellington

We are dedicated to providing classical Pilates classes that focus on Joseph Pilates' original method. Our studio offers a range of classes including mat, reformer, and tower, catering to all levels.

Dynamic Pilates is owned and run by founder Chantal Mitchell, a fully accredited Master of Pilates with over 20 years' Classical Pilates instruction experience. Our classes include mat, reformer, tower and chair Pilates classes. There are also dynamic stretch, and core targeted classes. Our classes are limited to 4 or 5 students per class offering an intimate training environment. Dynamic Pilates is also a Pilates teacher training studio. We offer classical Pilates teacher training in mat, reformer and specialist accessories, including Cadillac training. We also offer one on one work targeting the individual client's needs. Such as rehab work, starting up after having a baby and sports work.
