Located at 154 The Terrace Wellington, Synergy is a boutique fitness club and pool. While it has all the amenities you'd expect from a fitness club its 20m, heated, saltwater swimming pool is its main feature. Alongside cardio & strength training we offer a small range of Group Training, HIIT, and Mobility classes as well as Reformer Pilates. In the We specialise in private swimming lessons for those that prefer more care and attention. Our swim coaches are very experienced and professional and take pride in helping those that have aprehension or nervousness around the water, most are also ex competitive swimmers.
