Fair & Square Building Services is a small, Pasifika family-owned and operated building contracting firm. Owner and director Galu Letiu is a proud Samoan with more than twenty five of experience in the industry. Together with partner Catherine Roberts, he is active in the daily operations of the business, from management level and field supervision to actual field construction. Fair & Square Building Services is a Registered Licensed Building Practitioner. We are a full service building contractor, providing both pre-building and project management services. We maintain a permanent and highly-skilled workforce who undertake most of the work, including selective demolition, concrete and carpentry.
