Pauline Ching is a NZ registered Architect based in Wellington with over 30 years experience working on a wide variety of commercial and residential projects in NZ and overseas. "Making building choices to stay within budget doesn't have to be a bad thing - it can focus the mind and force you to evaluate what is really important to you.
