Tall Totara Yoga offers you the opportunity to improve strength, balance and flexibility and manage how you respond to stress. Hatha Yoga classes are held in our beautiful new studio in Mahurangi West and instructed by Bridget Davey who is 500 hr teacher trained and a member of the Yoga New Zealand. Bridget has been practising yoga for over 25 years and is passionate about sharing her love of yoga with others in a safe and non-competitive class environment.
