We 'stage' your house using your own furniture by rearranging, adding new accessories, linen and soft furnishings that we purchase FOR you and/or WITH you, and that you get to keep once the property is sold. Not only will this cost you less than a regular, full staging, but you get to keep the new items purchased, so no money is wasted! If you choose not to keep some of the items, we provide a service whereby we will assist you in selling them thus re-couping part of the money spent.
