we have an awesome two-story venue with all of your health and fitness goals covered. Downstairs is the entrance where you will find our awesome team as you walk through the door.. here you will also find a huge range of Cardio equipment through to free weights and pin-loaded machines. Upstairs you will find a women's only area along with our dedicated spin room, a sauna, and a fit3d body scanner.. through the next door Upstairs you will find our classroom for yoga, pilates, and a range of other fitness classes including the Mums and Bubs classes.
