I'm a qualified and experienced Yoga Instructor that offers full attention to my client's needs.
I want to make the practice of yoga accessible, enjoyable, and an integral part of people's lives, because Yoga is more than asanas (poses) and practices on the mat.
I incorporate a variety of traditional and modern practices in movement, breathing, and meditation to help each client discover their own path in Yoga. Together with my knowledge in biomechanics, breath science, movement and pilates, I make an unique class for each client's needs.
All of my yoga certifications are with Alliance Yoga registered schools and I'm also registered with Yoga New Zealand (level 3) and Yoga Alliance (RYT 500; YACEP) .
