The Back Room Outsourced Professionals is the brainchild of Chartered Accountants, Wayne and Scott Findlay. Wayne and Scott have built a successful and modern accounting firm, Findlay & Co in Wanaka, New Zealand. Wayne and Scott have tried outsourcing in various forms over the past seven years and for the past three years they have used the BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) model in the Philippines. They truly believe this is the best model for their accounting business and for businesses in similar types of industries. We believe that use of technology is at the heart of a good outsourcing practice. Xero accounting software and other cloud tools allow the off-shore staff to work effectively alongside the on-shore team.
