Wanaka's only dedicated butcher, we offer an array of fresh meat cuts from our trusted South Island suppliers, including locally-farmed, grass-fed and carcass-aged beef, carcass-aged lamb, higher welfare pork and premium wild venison from Alpine Deer. We make all our own meat products on-site like real meat sausages, smoked bacon, ham, salami, bier-sticks, jerky, biltong and other smoked products. Our retail shop is open 6 days a week on Reece Crescent, not far from the centre of Wanaka. We make the best Christmas ham you'll ever eat! We are licenced homekill butchers, processing homekill animals and recreational hunted game into prime meat cuts and smallgoods. We also offer an on-farm homekill service.
